    Sarper setting up the abusive cycle of crossing a boundary, apologizing, temporarily showing “improved” behavior for it all to start again. Especially with Shekinah being relatively isolated in Turkey and seemingly making excuses for his behavior. A codependent people pleaser paired with a selfish inflammatory steroid bomb is a disaster in the making.
