I’ve been catching up on the last few episodes of Last Resort, and seriously what is wrong with Jovi?! Yara is gorgeous, hot body and sticks by him but also speaks what’s on her mind! I think Jovi goes way past just having fun but really gets so deep into his… “hobbies” that naturally any woman would beging to feel insecure. How does he want to have more kids with her but can’t be man enough to leave the whole strip club scene, let alone text someone whom he hooked up with and traveled with before! I think Yara really needs to give him a rude awakening. Maybe he feels like he has the upper hand because she’s not in her home country but that’s not right either. As much as I dislike Ed he brought up a good point by bringing up Jovi’s daughter. Jovi should start taking her into consideration…. Especially when wanting more kids! 🤦🏻♀️

Oh he’s aware! That’s why he tears her down and makes sure she stays insecure! And selfless, loving husband, would hear his wife say that makes her feel insecure and not go to strip clubs! Or at least better explain that it has nothing to do with her and that she’s gorgeous and perfect and that he goes to strip clubs for entertainment (I dislike strip clubs but I can’t fault people for innocently liking them—not saying it’s innocent for Jovi tho).

I think he’s an alcoholic and sex or porn addict. Coming home every night would be torture for him. In the current set up, he can get drunk and stay out as long as he wants to with no nagging or tears from the Mrs. for a month straight.Then come home for a few weeks, still going out with his friends to “catch up.” He can be an absentee husband and dad all year long, and still have a family because he’s at work.
There’s no alcohol on oil rigs, but he probably likes to drink and sleep late all month on his time off. He couldn’t handle a 9-5
Not sure if they are still in New Orleans but I don’t know how you can live in New Orleans and not be a drunk/degenerate. I mean there isn’t much to do except get blasted. You would have to have next level self control to live in a city like that. If you already have early signs of addiction, not a good spot.

I don’t think they’re in NOLA anymore but when their daughter was a baby, Yara moved them to the Northshore (north side of Lake Pontchartrain), which is about as white bread suburban as you can get. Definitely not a party place, which is why she liked it and he hated it.

Yea… Jovi is the apple of her eye and clearly can do wrong. I don’t really think she is terrible generally but really off in this instance. She just defends, excuses and minimises Jovi’s actions and decisions and Yara has no support. Hopefully she reflects on this reaction. It is pretty bad.
