Drop/pull down TV mount that can handle a 98" TV?

Looking to see if there is any sort of drop or pull down TV mount that can handle the TCL 98" TV. The TV is going above a fireplace, but instead of remodeling the entire fireplace, I want to have it on a drop mount so that the TV is at a low viewing height.

I can’t seem to find that type of mount that can handle the weight/size of the 98" TCL.
