I activated a replacement phone, the iMessage is having issues. It says my number is verifying for a day now, I’ve turned iMessage on and off, my phone on and off, updated, closed out the app etc but it’s still saying this.

Log out of iCloud completely and then back in again? Ask phone service company to make sure your number is associated with new phone?
