Preemptively answering your own question with “sounds like activism” communicates you have already formed an opinion. If you’re asking out of genuine interest, check your preconceived notions at the door and only ask the question. Just “what is this 1819 site? Are they known to be a reputable source and do they demonstrate bias?” Is a good way to ask it.
