I am looking for inspiration for a site I am making and was surprised that I couldn’t find anything very nice. Joy Division’s website is gimmicky and annoying, Peter Murphy’s is not very nice either. I looked at so many artist sites expecting to be blown away but they seem to range from bad to just decent. Haven’t found any wow factor sites really. I am looking for inspiration to make a website that has a sense of depth or is cinematic in that aesthetic way. I have some of my own ideas, but I have never done a site like this before and would love to see some good examples…
