I like Moon but it’s one of those movies I can’t really get into more than once. It’s like the 6th sense. Once the twist happens it’s like ok. Now I know. But I really like that one.
I think Moon is worth a re-watch at least a year later. Once you forget most of the details, it’s interesting to watch it semi-fresh and catch all the hints. Same goes for Source Code, which is also a Duncan Jones film. They’re still crafted well, but yes, I agree, it’s not going to have the same impact at the turn.
That’s fair. I’ve rewatched it a few times over the years, and it’s remains really good. (Anything with Rockwell is good!)
I recall liking Source Code, but can’t really remember it. I didn’t realize it was the same filmmaker, I will need to check that out again for sure.
Titan A.E. Is one of my favorite movies. I even bought it on DVD when the last Blockbuster in my area was closing. Love that movie.
