We know about things like FFP and home grown talent. But the teams at the bottom of the table generally come up one season from the Championship and then go down the next season.
How would you change this? Or should it be changed?
I still think City are going to be hard to beat this season which would make it about a million league titles in a row. It’s fair but is it ‘fair’ to all the other teams in the bottom half?

- A 0-0 Draw gives each team no points. If you don’t score, you shouldn’t get points.
- Any game where you score 3 or more goals, you get 1 extra point regardless of outcome. (Would have to make a rule about teams agreeing to not just concede 3 goals each to start the game) Maybe this one isn’t workable
- Luxury Tax. PL sets a cap on Transfer Spends and Wages, and any money spent over that amount gets “taxed” by 25% or so. That money should flow down to smaller teams to even out the massive wage gaps. American Sports are so much better at making the league competitive for all but the absolute smallest markets. It’s lame that the big 6 have such a big monopoly on titles now, and it’s unlikely to get much better. Leicester gives us hope that smaller teams can win it all, but it’s probably not happening.
