I’m starting to feel like the resident Hondo hater around here, but man I just cannot stand the guy. You bring on a guest, ask him questions, then proceed to:
answer them yourself before your guest can
cut him off
continually pat yourself on the back for asking hard questions.
There were multiple instances of him being like, “Zeke, don’t I ask the toughest questions? Aren’t I the fairest reporter? Tell the people how fair I am.”
Then at the end he had the nerve to talk about how people were thanking him for hiring a black reporter, “But oh no, I didn’t hire him 'cause he’s black! See look how cool and nice I am!”
And then 2 minutes later he yelled at Zeke to “Speak English!” because Zeke referred to a “dope hoodie”, and Hondo apparently thought “dope” was a bad thing.
I gotta stop giving this blowhard my clicks. He’s terrible.
