Hes just not cut out to be a head coach. Anybody with a brain (unfortunately this excludes George McCaskey) can see hes in way over his head.
Hopefully Warren will be able to actually run the front office and team. He just came on in April, but I imagine after this season, there will be some big changes. Assuming McCaskey doesn’t get in the way.
