Came across the Bundesliga’s YouTube video about Kane’s 15 goals in 10 games and asked myself: How good would Spurs be if Kane started up top for them?

Imagine a front three of Son - Kane - Kulu with Maddison behind that. Couple it with Mate’s attacking philosophy, Spurs would be blowing teams out the water I reckon.

I’d bet that if Kane did stay they’d probably not have one of Maddison or VDV. So there’s a chance they wouldn’t have gotten as radically better as they have.

Personally I don’t think they would be as good - they play a high fast press that’s simply not possible with Kane , as he doesn’t have the legs for that style of play. He suits Bayern perfectly-

I’m a Man U fan and wanted Maddison in a heartbeat over MM who is the polar opposite to Kane and Bayern and doesn’t fit in at all at United.

It just goes to show how important a world class striker can be - Man City bought one and went on to win the champions league . I really don’t see what Bayern won’t do the same this year

Very. You could put Kane into literally any team right now and he’d make them better, and yes I do include Man City in that

Sometimes when a team is built around a star player like Kane, when they finally let go of that they get a new identity and other players get to step up. I remember Arsenal having it the year after Henry left, now we are seeing a spurs team with Son in the middle that looks balanced and free flowing. Think Spurs would be good with Kane, but they’re also good right now either way.

not better imo. spurs have a lot of talent that has more room to shine now without him. not to say he was holding them back…. but i also think it’s a fresh change that was needed

Kane was banging in goals left and right in pre-season. Without any question, Spurs would be better.
