Sure the DCEU died immediately after the film came out, but that was going to happen anyway. The Rock, perhaps with a bit of hubris, tried to take over a rudderless ship, meanwhile everyone else was jumping overboard.
Feel as you might about Black Adam, Pierce Brosnan was Bond. I don’t think he’s a “busted third rate actor.”
