I’m 21, and I’ve been working various fast food jobs since graduating high school. Ive dropped out of community college twice now. I don’t really think school is for me I’ve been wanting to get into something more hands on and get into a career where I can make decent living. I don’t really have any experience regarding mechanical, or just fixing things in general. I really do want to learn though. I just don’t know where to start. I’ve checked out local community colleges, but financial aid doesn’t cover any of the programs, and I would have to pay a couple of grand to attend. I’m not sure if taking out a loan for it would be a smart idea or not. I’m located in the South Jersey area.
