I work with women who are in a domestic violence shelter (I’m the one who finds them hosing once they are finished with our shelter program etc etc) and deadass whenever we take our girls to court for restraining orders the abusers all have this same dead eyed asshole face. This couple is so exhausting. Every scene is an argument about emotions. They don’t do anything fun. They’re so obsessed about their appearances that there’s not much to talk about.

She’s not broke, she has family that loves her, she has a whole camera crew that will not allow any physical abuse but she chooses to stay. Based on their social media, they’re still happily together, so she deserves everything he says to her in the future. Shekinah just proved in this last episode that their whole relationship is just based on what happens in their bedroom. It’s that shallow. There’s 0 depth. They can’t be open and vulnerable with each other, cause then it ends up like THIS. As soon as she went on her, “We haven’t talked and things are going better” rant, that was at least refreshing to hear her admit their relationship isn’t deep. Now… they just need to call it quits.
I always find it funny how she says they have such a unique and special relationship/ bond… like, what??? They are the most basic, boring, plastic couple I’ve seen on the show. I genuinely don’t think Ive seen a couple with less depth than these two. The only thing they have an interest in is their looks- like I haven’t heard them talk about ANYTHING other than Instagram, sex and their looks.

I’m still flabbergasted that he literally didn’t mention wanting a kid or anything until she started meeting his family, then it became an ultimatum. Him even going on about “not now, but in future” was literally the stupidest shit I’ve ever heard, like he is proof that porn can mentally cap someone.
Shikinah is a fuckin loon for even still being with that dip after he easily abandoned any contact with the child he already has.
