My pick would have to be the A Whole Nother Story trilogy, in which (spoiler warning) you can only travel back in time. But because time is in a loop of sorts, if you go before the beginning of time, you will be at the end of time. From there you can go back to any time you want to. And time paradoxes cannot be produced. Plus, your memories from the previous timeline exist as well as the memories from the new one.

Paradox Bound - Set in America where the American Dream is a tangible object there exists a unique way in which the protagonist can travel through time. There are towns and places where the American Dream to such hold that it never changes time and is forever stuck in that period. If you know how to travel you can slip through time on using roads to towns that used to exist to find your way back or forward. Essentially you are not traveling through time but through history.
