We tested the Legion GO. The niche is really to change how people play PC games. Buy the Legion GO: https://www.geekwills.com/lenovo-legion-go.html#legion #l...
its 10% faster on average than the old version so if you limit frames to the old specs it becomes a monster in endurance 3-12 they claim with the 10% limiter that should climb to 6-18. yes thats how it works with graphics i cant help it the efficency curve is log not linear
Don’t know about the Legion Go, but for the Steamdeck feature that no one else has been able replicate that is an absolute necessity is the sleep function.
In a handheld device efficiency is the key factor to it being a good or bad device. What’s the point of having a massive screen that pushes 1080 pixel resolutions if you’re reaching for the battery every hour. At that point buy a laptop or get a decent mid range PC for the Go price.
The title says best gaming experience. However short it is, it is better with a big screen.
Yes, battery and other stuff affects the overall device good/bad rating. Which is literally why I said I would not pick this. I don’t think it is the best. But I’d bet the gaming experience here is the best of any of these handhelds.
You don’t buy a laptop when you want a smartwatch. People buying this probably already have a computer and want to game away from it.
Currently, but that steam deck OLED. If the reviews are to be believed. It should win almost hands down just on efficiency alone

Efficiency doesn’t really make gaming experience. Unless stuff gets hot and loud maybe.
Didn’t this have a huge screen? That would easily do it.
But I would not consider a windows console. And I’d want the touchpads too. And I would also prefer to support Volvo for what they do for Linux.
