I don’t think he has to win any of them, but it’s more how the team plays and how he does. Does he keep making mistakes like the challenge flag on JJ’s fumble? Does the team bounce back after a loss? Do they keep playing as a team opposed to 22 individuals on the field like under McCuntyFuck? He’s already got the heart of the team/fans and he righted the near sinking ship. Unless the wheels come off, I think he’s got it.

Why are you getting downvoted when you have a point? I want the Raiders to still win. But the team spirit is more important to me. It always saddened me that the Raiders played with no spirit under JMD.

Pretty much this. But I’d add that if they go 1-1 against the Chiefs, he’s got it.

Yep… Dan Campbell won, what, three games his first season with the Lions? But they played with heart. They played hard.

If we are in every game after all this mess it says alot, win or loss. But this is a winning profession and it’s hard to see AP losing out and getting the head coaching job

Totally agree. If we’re competitive, the team keeps working on their chemistry, and the rookies continue to develop, then AP should absolutely be the guy. As others have said, Dan Campbell is a good blueprint.

The roster has holes that cannot be filled in-season, and the offensive scheme is flawed (thanks to McDunce). Hardegree and AP are certainly improving things so far, but they are limited in-season. If the team can keep climbing that hill, i see no problem in trusting AP.
