It’s my favorite North American marsupial, the Virginia opossum. I was watching the birds and squirrels munching and this young opossum bumbled on by. Many think of them as pests, but I think they’re adorable and useful.
Bonus beaver. I would have created a separate post for this, but the photo is terrible.

Thanks, I think they’re just alright. Our opossum friend was a bit down a ledge and under tree cover so I didn’t have the best angles or field of view plus the trees blocked most of the light, which was overcast anyways. Sometimes you just get unlucky.
