Sometimes you make bad decisions
Fair enough! Which of the three is a bad decision, you reckon?
San Martin
Strange, since none of these three are a san martin…?
I’d guess that you’re an associate at a law firm. Conservative and not overly flashy, but no “made Partnership” watch yet.
Very close!
Consultant, golf is main hobby, prefers “safe” upscale restaurants instead of trying the eclectic indie spots
I don’t think that worthwhile people determine much about someone based upon their choice of watches. They’re a matter of personal choice. The trouble comes when you curate a personal collection of watches in the hope that people perceive you a particular way.
They say you’re a para-legal who knows his place.
How do you like the Tudor? I’ve always wanted a day date that fits on my wrist nicely
I love it! Its a smaller size, but I feel that suits the vibe. Until Rolex comes out with a steel day-date (never) this is the next best thing, in my opinion
You pretend to hate on horoscopes but secretly find it fun
You are easily influenced by salesmen getting rid of unpopular models
Nope. Only one of these was bought in store from a salesman, and it was the aerospace- which definitely isn’t an unpopular model. The other two I bought online (the Tudor from asia), so no sales tactics involved
It says that you like classic design.
That’s a fair comment, I have thought about that. Just for fun, what watch might you add to get a splash of colour whilst maintaining the same sort of vibe?
Vibe, schmibe. You need this bad boy in you life, stat
A guy who wanted a Rolex so much but could not get one.
you dont like color
Fun game! You must be GenX, I don’t think many millennials or younger would get the Breitling. You value quality and value for the money. You dislike flashy things. You must be an office working seeing the state of the watches, but you probably like some outdoor hobby as well. You’re probably of average+ height and size if you can wear the Nacken.
(And yes I saw the comment on your age afterwards, decided to leave my original comment 😄)
All fairly accurate, aside from the age! Very good guesses. Dead on about valuing quality and value for money, and the desk job, and average size and height. I’m curious though, do you think then that Breitling has fallen out of favour with the younger generation?
I have never seen someone below 45 wearing such a model, but like the datejust was uncool for a few decades, it looks like these are making a comeback as vintage models. Good news actually, those are quality timepieces for sure.
A desk job is your profession, and you fancy adventure.
Love the Nacken. I bought that exact lume dial last year and enjoy it so much, I just snagged the blue version. These bad boys look great on a tropic too
You are able and willing to tell the time
