While I think we can agree that Staley has the Chargers underachieving, to be kind, I’m not sure Rex Ryan is the right guy to criticize coaching. He has a sub-.500 career head coaching record, and is best known for having his own foot fetish put on blast, and the Butt Fumble.
This is all somehow still Norv Turners fault.
