What webcams are recommended or work for Linux?

Most cameras I see online have special software. Will mainly be used for chats with the boys and maybe showing something on my desk.

How about those cameras with the gimbals like InstaLink or OBSBot?

    I bought this webcam from Walmart , it works 4K 2k and also 1080P while the 4K will be a little bit dizzy coz it only works on 4k@15fps but the left are all good. It doesnt need any set up for laptop when using, cost $19.99
