It’s generic, like people who think cilantro tastes like soap, except the bitter tasting gene is the original and the non-bitter tasting mutation is the newer aberration. If you have 2 copies of the bitter tasting gene, stuff like broccoli tastes like fucking poison. So ya’know, fuck that, I’d rather have the pineapple.
