SUCCESSION REFERENCE?
Doesn’t seem too hard to be an apple CEO. Just kind of keep the ship going where it’s going?
Their next phone will probably be an iPhone, their next tablet will probably be an iPad and their next laptop will probably be a MacBook. So the CEO just needs to get on stage and say they’re the best and fastest ever. Paycheck.
Super complicated stuff. Lol
the succession plan is robot Steve jobs
Not been a fan of Tim Cook. Felt like he didn’t innovate or take any risks during his tenure. Went back to having a billion different models of iphones and ipads, etc.
Tim Cook ? You mean Tim Apple ?
People forgetting about Phil Schiller?
Craig would be a great choice too. Tim Cook is great at maintaining apple but we could perhaps use someone with a but more vision.
I hope whoever Apple picks brings back the excitement to the company. Tim’s great, but he’s an ops guy at heart. Every single Apple event is “This is slightly better than the one before it”.
“The successor knows the most vital priority to the company to Apple is the continuation of Watch bands.”
“we have a long term plan in place for exponentially increasing SKUs every year”
It will be Scott Forstall returning like the messiah
Haha! What is he doing these days, anyway…?
There hasn’t been much in the spotlight but he randomly produced a Broadway musical that won 8 Tony Awards in 2020 :D
He wouldn’t know the way back to Cupertino if he uses his version of apple maps
SKEUUU MURP ISM
SKEUUU MURP ISM
the only pick who would actually make me excited about apple’s future
Same man
Dear Investors: don’t worry. It’s a very detailed plan.
Apple doesn’t give a shit about investors
Promote the Eldest Boy.
Let’s be honest, the largest stockholders (Vanguard, Blackrock, and Berkshire Hathaway) will choose whomever will generate the largest return for them. When Tim Cook leaves, I promise you that what little of Apple’s core values remain will be sacrificed on the alter of creating more value for shareholders.
Eldest boy?!
“Introducing uhhh the new fucking iPhone, ok yeah, for sure”
Is it just me or does Apple feel like it’s heading in the complete opposite direction Steve Jobs would have taken it.
No, Steve’s direction really wasnt THAT crazy in the 21st century Apple. It would be slightly different, the product stack would be simpler, but nothing revolutionary
It’s not just you …
The community overwhelmingly downvoted my original comment, but I just feel like the quality control on Apple hardware and software has gone down along with the care about the user experience and genuine privacy.
Imo steve jobs would we hella proud of what apple has become today.
Pretty sure it has been more successful than ever
There will only be one Tim Apple
