Why was Altman forced out in the first place? Did he try to prioritize profit or it was the old board?

Ok, I held back, tried to be balanced.

But no, this is ridiculous, a wild show of incompetence

    Summary of what happened:

Two women got emotional and wanted to kick out Sam, Adam was like sure my 2 startups will benefit from screwing OpenAI, Ilya was a naive idealist that was convinced easily not even thinking about the consequences. Microsoft was like dude, I gave you 10B to screw everything? I OWN YOU. Employees were like you screw OpenAI then we go to Microsoft. Two women can’t handle the pressure and resign. Sam goes back.

Just as importantly, the clown school board has all been removed with the exception of the Quora CEO. I’m actually mildly surprised that the worst board decision in the corporate world in maybe two decades led to near immediate accountability.

I’m really curious what happens to Sutskever.
