I hate how she looks at moving to America as yohan scamming her. The DR is not a wealthy place and it’s hard to make money there. IT’s financially smart for him to get an American job and they can vacation in the DR regularly. I get what he’s saying he makes very little money and paying half of her 2k rent and sees no benefit from it. If you’re going half on bills then it should be half on other things too. But he has to ask permission to rent a car and all this stuff. It’s like when she wants to go out they have to split the bill but when he wants to go out “where’s the money for this yohan” she’s very hypocritical and very controlling with the money. I think she has insecurities about him scamming her. I don’t think he wanted to scam her but I think at this point all he sees in her is “stick it out for the green card”

Yohan isn’t without fault in this, but for me Danielle is the most to blame - she is nearly decade older. She knows what’s she’s doing. She wanted young toy boy to do her bidding, but give him nothing in return. No child, no green card, no car or anything of his own and now not even the clothes now apparently. I despise people like this because it indicates that she got him all these things with strings attached and as soon as the moment comes to pull them, she does. If you got someone stuff when you felt positive about them, then they should not take away that stuff when they feel negative about them. That’s peak manipulation to me. Like she lords the fact that she is more financially able than yohan is. I bet if the tables were turned and he had to support her, she’d feel entitled to way more than he does.

While I can’t say that Danielle is one of my favorite cast members, in this scenario she was totally right. She has been footing the bill throughout the duration of their relationship and he had the nerve to say that she’s hasn’t done anything for him and the nerve to be like where’s my car? He then says that they’re married so he should be allowed to help himself to the funds. Yet, he made money from the show but won’t use it to help contribute to living expenses. He fully expects to have her still pay for everything while he keeps his money to himself . Lmao at when he demanded any money he DID put towards the bills back Bc he was leaving. Also, Whatever happened to his job at the resort? ??? Why can’t he find another resort job??? Danielle was right to tell him to leave what she paid for.
