I installed steep (ski/snowboard game) on Arch Linux with steam. I tried proton and proton-ge, but the game is extremely laggy. You can run a video benchmark ingame and in the results I see that the cpu is used ca. 25% and my gpu 0%. I get around 15 fps and the input is extremely delayed.

How can I use my integrated graphics in proton?

I have a Lenovo Yoga 7 14arb7 with an amd ryzen 6800u and no external graphics. I use Hyprland (wayland) and I installed all important drivers from the Arch wiki.

I played other games on another installation with good graphics, so I think my gpu isn’t at fault.

im pretty sure your igpu is still being used. 15fps would be hella good for literally only the cpu without any coprocessor.

I got pretty recent hardware and I played games on an old Linux installation without any problems (rocket league, no input delay and no visible low fps) so I think that the power of my hardware isn’t the problem (I played other games like Fall Guys and Fortnite on Windows on this device also with pretty good performance)
