    You just know there’s gonna be some massively controversial VAR calls. Though that’s hardly a bold prediction given recent events

      If it’s anything like past Man City and Liverpool games, it will be Liverpool getting the dodgy decisions.

          21/22 - Milner and Fabinho both not receiving clear red cards in the respective league games that season.

          20/21 - Salah dive for penalty, didn’t matter much in the end as yous were slapped 4-1

          19/20 - Trent playing basketball in your box twice

          17/18 - Sane perfectly legitimate goal cleared for offside despite it coming off Milner, would’ve put the game 2-3 on aggregate right before half time which could’ve changed the entire game in City’s favour and potentially having them go through instead of Liverpool.

          23/24 - Goal ruled out for “foul”. Incredibly soft, and another favourable decision for Liverpool.

      I’m fully a doomer about the refs, I have no faith in them properly doing their job and not ruining the game
