I feel like Saleh would easily be second on the list if he got average to below-average QB play.

Gotta say the 2021 HC class feels a lot like the 21 QB draft class, albeit there’s two guys here who are gonna be around the league for a long time to come whereas there’s only one guy like that among the QBs. Lotta sure shots that turned out to not be sure shots whatsoever.

Watch him have a Geno Smith type resurrection once he is off of that horrible Pats offense. I can see him being a middle of the pack QB with a real OC, real oline and WRs who are actually better than practice squad level. Might be a good choice for the Browns if they can somehow get rid of Watson.

IDK about that. I think he’s seeing ghosts in the pocket and I’m not sure a new situation alone is going to help him.

Mac has a long, Ryan Fitzpatrick-esque career ahead of him. Every year someone needs a 3k yd, 15td 10 int QB season.

The jets, for instance. They’d probably kill for Mac right now.

        Fields and Lawrence.

Lawrence is the Jags guy for a while, and Fields feels like a guy who’s going to thrive on a new team where the coach gets him, but probably never get them a Super Bowl win even though they come close. Think Tua.

Mills is the other one, but as a career back-up.

Wilson is ass, Jones is ass, and Lance may never get a chance to play.

There’s not one, though Staley and Fields could somehow both end up staying on their respective teams for another year or two.

If Fields ends up losing his status as a starter, I’d love for him to come in and back up Hurts. I think he could work on progressing his game rather than running for his life with the Bears O-Line.

That was by design. No good coaches were going to sign up for a season with Watson on the bench and a clear tanking situation. We hired a guy who was ready to retire to hold onto the reigns while we got our shit sorted out. He knew what he was there for.

An 65-year-old wide receivers coach for the team that was known to have notoriously bad wide receiver play. Nah, that hire was totally legitimate.

Another reminder why the NFL media and Reddit have no idea what they’re talking about. Out of our last 4 HC hires, Reid, Chip Kelly, Dougy P, and Sirianni, only Chip’s hire was met with praise and the other 3 were considered some of the worst/disappointing hires of the offseason.

It’s true, his press conference was bad, and I think it’s fine to make jokes about it. But the amount of people talking out of their ass about how that meant something about his ability to coach was just laughable.

I looked up what I could find of Reddit’s reactions to Chip Kelly being hired and it is mainly Philly fans being homers and saying that he is really smart and everyone else saying to pick up McCoy in fantasy and that he probably will bring new formations to the NFL but are skeptical of him seeing success. Doug Pederson looked like a mixed bag of people saying the Eagles basically wanted Andy Reid back, some saying they have no idea who he is, and Eagles fans hating it. Sirianni seems to have been a praised hire on Reddit.

Sirianni is the only keeper. In theory Saleh is a keeper, but I think he needs to hit the reset button and find a new coaching gig somewhere else.

Nick Sirianni- Great head coach and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s the only one from this class that wins a super bowl.

Brandon Staley- Worse than shit he compliments shit.

MCDC- Good head coach and he’s got an ever bigger heart should keep the Lions competitive even when Johnson inevitably leaves for a head coaching gig.

Arthur Smith- A professional Mr. Potato Head look alike and knows nothing about utilizing his weapons on offense.

Robert Saleh- Good DC not a good coach.

Urban Meyer- I’m the head ball coach and I can sweep the leg if I want is the exact reason why you don’t hire college coaches to the NFL.

David Culley- Nice guy who served a purpose of getting fired.

In theory, nick didn’t have much either.

Both still looked just fine. A big part of it is the younger guys develpoing. Don’t forget sirianni was coming into the season with Wentz being a crybaby the season after he was benched and the Eagles stuck with the biggest ever contract in NFL history being his we did not expect hurts to be much even at all. He gets alot of credit for Hurts development as well and beleiving in him and commiting to him as a starter.

For sirianni those guys being-- Hurts obv, mailata, dickerson, Smitty, all coming in their 1st or 2md yrs. And tj Edward’s.

For DC being-- ARSB, TJ, Trey, Evan Brown, Jerry Jacobs

Coach Robert Saleh needs a do-over.

Minus the Jets front office. The OC, or whatever bullshit title Hackett holds and doesn’t know how to coach or use said title. Minus Aaron Rogers and the chaos he brings.

Bonus; minus Zach Wilson unless with a competent veteran qb to help Zach Wilson like with what usually happens in the league.

I’m prepared for the downvotes, but my former coach has gotten a raw deal & he’s an awesome coach and great dude.

Sirianni has the potential to be legendary. Campbell is on track to be a very solid coach. The rest will be lucky to be employed next year
