I only want a team that fights hard and has heart, that are playing for each other and not running out the string.
That’s why I’m down with this roster and the new coaching staff. It doesn’t fucking matter what talent you bring in if the culture ain’t right and your team isn’t playing with heart and passion. Football has too big a cost physically to accept guys half-assing it. These guys are warriors and I’m gonna honor them as such, win or fucking lose.
