10 months agoI’ve read a few short novellas that you can’t get physical copies of. Printed them out at work when I was alone in the office lol. Bound them and have them on my shelf now.
Worth it for me in this case but in almost any other scenario just buy the book. Buy used if you want to safe money.
I can’t fathom this guy. Not that I care about the series, didn’t read a single one of his books, but how can you not want your life’s work to get finished?
I get that writers block is a thing but at this point he could get an army of little helpers from his publisher to carry this over the line. Just ramble on about the plot and have them write it down. It’s not pretty but it’s better than nothing. And it’s not like he is doing nothing, he is doing anything other than sitting down and getting this done.
One would think writers aim to leave a legacy behind, but he must know that an unfinished series will be forgotten in the blink of an eye after he’s passed.
