Pet Semetary. I hate books that give away the ending at the beginning. I later had to read it for a college class and didn’t enjoy it. It’s how I learned I don’t like Stephen King’s writing style for the most part. The movies tend to be good though.

The story was great but yeah, Dresden’s treatment of women and “I’m the edgy main character energy” made me stop reading around the 4th book. I couldn’t wait for him to improve any longer.
