It was things like qanon which made me have to come to terms with the fact that humans will just believe and follow bullshit. Not just that but tea party and now maga. Its like an effing religion. Heck the 911 memorial stuff is kinda pissing me off because it lead to the patriot act and loss of rights and privacy. you can set up posts to post later. 24x7 does not necessarily mean bot. that being said people that post like bots might get blocked by me. I tend to block communities that are just reddit reposts anyway though. also did you check if they are mods as people trying to get traction for communities will post and I have actually advised them to not post a dozen things at a time but instead use the feature to spread out the posts so they don’t overwelm feeds and irritate people.
