I’d argue it was at its best during the few rpg-ish prison segments with the side quests and things like that. It kinda fell flat at the forced combat sections (except when you’re in the giant robot, that bit is sick)

I say this all the time, and usually get downvoted. Oblivion was revolutionary at the time, but it’s aged like milk.
