I think the product placement is meant to invoke corporate overlord cyberpunk vibes, but it’s difficult to pull that off while still wanting to make money from Adidas and Porsche. It will probably be a great game, I hope they get the tone/vibe right though.

BanNam is so huge, it’s not like FromSoft is cancelling 5 games. I see this as good thing, less games but each is better.

Been skating for years, and I usually hang my back toe off and drag it to slow down. If you get a beefier set of shoes to skate in, like Half Cabs, they won’t wear out so quickly. Otherwise you’ll have to strengthen your ankles if they hurt from slowing down by stomping one foot off. Powerslides are fun, but a bit obnoxious to use for every time you need to slow down.
