My coworker told me he’s spent I think he said $8,000 on Destiny 2. That was half a year ago or more. So more by now. I was so floored that I don’t remember the number exactly but it was astronomical. Today he told me his friends are trying to get him into Warframe. But he said he didn’t like the idea of not being able to get into the main quests without jumping through hoops. I don’t know either game well, but I’m pretty sure that’s ironic.

I had some pet birds when I was younger and played in those cesspool cod xbox lobbies. I would end up derailing the vitriol because everyone would be like, “the fuck, is that a bird? Why is there a bird?”
