I’d just wear it and have fun with it, aknowledging it as a fake I got from a friend and being totally up front about it if asked.

Bring back some of that “buy me a rolex for ten bucks in New York wont you?” energy that has gone out of the community.

Imo, a fake gotten as a gift is only bad if you try to pass it off as real despite knowing its origin
