I could only give that to a book i didnt finish reading.
So really the only option is book 3 of game of throne.
Basically reads like a fettishized less violent version of romance of three kingdoms.
I got through the first one and was extremely underwhelmed as it became apparent by the first half that it was the authors first epic length project and they kept drawing new lines of intrigue non stop without making any progress.
Picked up the second one because so many of my friends kept saying it gets better and just clicks.
By the time i got to the third i was fully over it and had a weird realization thay none of my friends whom recommended ot actually like fantasy books, and put it down as it only got worse.
It did work out though since i can now recommend court dramas to my sister in law as i finally understand her taste.
From what i remember it’s plot was effectively discount gattica without the nuance.
Realistically it was just a random YA novel that gained traction randomly as it fit the marketing as many YA books tend to do.
