Give him another shot. He’s a lot better when you’re an adult.

I hated Old Man & The Sea when I read it in school. I finally gave it another shot when I was like 30 and turns out it’s fantastic if you don’t analyze every sentence and take it as a whole. Also helps to have actually had a job before to appreciate it.
