I understand life can get rough, and if that’s the best you can do temporarily then by all means, no shade. A studio roof is better than no roof.

But you also gotta have a plan… what’s next? How much is a place with its own john? How much do you need to save and budget to afford it, etc etc. You can’t be in your 30’s and acting like this is all good.
