His injury history kind of scares me

Hiring Josh McDaniels after making the playoffs was certainly one of them.

He was actually a pretty solid run defender with us in 2015 as well, but the guy could never get out of his own way.

I think if we gave Darren McFadden a better offensive line to block for him he wouldn’t have been injured so often and would have been a perennial all pro. he was absolutely electric in 2010 and the first half of 2011, but he could never stay fully healthy.

He’s a terrible leader and was super stubborn with his offensive scheme. Instead of scheming to his players strengths he tried to fit the players into his scheme, and also imported a bunch of ex patriots players to try to run the offense to his specs. He also never took accountability and constantly talked about how it was the players not executing rather than he also needed to improve.
