13 days agoI think they definitely improve from the first book. They have great politics and they’re kind of structured like 3 trilogies. Try 2 and 3 if you want a decently satisfying conclusion without committing to more. The break between 6 and 7 is much more clear, and the reason the show ends at book 6.
