I’d do the opaline dial Tudor Black Bay GMT. Currently eyeing it for myself as a reward for earning my pilot certification.

Get the small, this one looks big on you. Otherwise it’s a great watch. It’s quartz but I guarantee they’re not throwing a cheap unbranded movement in there. There’s no second hand so you wouldn’t notice + the added convenience of it being a grab and go piece.

Are you looking for a GMT specifically? What’s your budget?

Laco’s basic series would probably be my choice if it has to be automatic.
