A River Runs Through It. Great short novel and the movie is well done also. Didn’t matter if you read or watch first, you’ll enjoy both

The Tsar of Love and Techno. Book of stories be Anthony Marra. While each sorry story can stand completely independent, they also tore together in unique ways to form a bigger whole. Tough to describe but I’ve heard it compared to, and the author slides to, it being like experiencing a great album. Cannot recommend enough. And again, each sorry is short and stands on its own.
OP recently posted under a different name about some book or author being problematic. House on the Cerulean Sea or something. Anyway, everyone was just like, this doesn’t feel like much of a story or a big deal, just read what you want. Idk if people got mean, I just saw a bunch of people who came here to talk about books rather than try to find politically correct causes to twist our panties.
