Project Hail Mary scratched all my itches. Still does.

Not to go against the grain here, but I feel it is absolutely less beneficial to the author if you check the book out versus purchasing it. Sure the library is nice and a very frugal way to enjoy this hobby, but if you want to support the author, purchasing is the way to go.
