Fokus auf Juden als Opfer ist bei der Betrachtung des Dritten Reiches legitim. Das Vergessen anderer Opfer ist nicht legitim.

Because not enforcing a trademark means potentially losing the trademark. Not saying that makes it right, IMHO the system just sucks.

Das Problem liegt mMn weniger bei den Gesetzen zum Eigenbedarf, welche ich nachvollziehbar finde. Viel mehr ist es doch der Umstand, wie viel Wohnraum heutzutage vermietet wird und nicht mehr erworben werden kann. Man sollte Wohnraumerwerb ohne Eigenbedarf deutlich unattraktiver gestalten, damit mehr Leute kaufen können und der Markt dynamischer wird. Wohnraum als Spekulationsobjekt oder als Geldanlage geht gar nicht.
