I moved to a particular country purely for studying reasons - 3 year long bachelor. I am currently on my last year which means I will be going back home very soon. As you can tell, I absolutely hate this country. Coming back here after the summer (from my home country) I was full of energy, wanting to make the best out of this last year. However, it has only been 3 months now and I can feel myself unraveling. All I want to do is sleep so that the day of departure comes faster. The first month or two I was really pushing to make the best out of my situation, was very productive and time seemed to pass very fast. But now, it feels as though so much time is still left and I feel as though I just won’t be able to manage and to hold on any longer…

How do I cope with this?

On the positive side - a) you are in your last year and b) you know what you DON’T want. I have seen expats that invest so much time and emotion into a country that they sort of force themselves to continue there even though they’d likely be happier back in their own country or at least somewhere else.
