Assuming they were referring to European countries, the account could be capitalizing on the growing worldwide condemnation of the USA. The reactionaries who happen to praise China are often ignorant of the PRC’s history and achievements. I guess they could be fascists riding the waves of mass discontent and using our socialist rhetoric for their own nefarious purposes.
