Look at all the players being productive elsewhere. Autry, Ward, Keisean Nixon, Shelby Harris, etc. So many guys look like CFL players here and then establish themselves as viable NFL pieces outside our facilities. That’s coaching. Our lack of continuity has led to perpetual turnover.

Autry was good while he was a Raider. I have no idea why our staff at the time thought it was a good idea to get rid of him. Shelby Harris as well to a smaller extent.
💯, he was just coming on and you could tell he was going to outplay his next contract
It’s not just one reason why we have been bad for 20 years. We haven’t drafted well. We haven’t developed guys as you mentioned more than a few have left and had success elsewhere. We haven’t been disciplined on or off the field. We don’t have a winning culture.
I think AP can solve some of those issues. But I have concerns about his ability to develop talent, draft and make in game adjustments. I think Davis sees that as well. I’m sure he thought was getting a guy in Mcdaniels that had been around a very successful program and hopefully could duplicate it here. Turns out he was a clown. Personally Harbaugh is growing on me. I think he can do a lot of the things we need to get the franchise turned around.
Anyone who has played teams sports know that the right coach can elevate the players performance. It’s time to have an HC that motivates and leave the X’s and O’s to the coordinators.
LVR has been a bad team for a while. They have had glimpses of success, but it was unsustainable as they could never develop properly or give enough consistent support to their players. People can “finger point” all they want, but this has always been the biggest issue since our SB loss.
