A Florida man was caught stealing almost $4000 worth of meat from a supermarket, only to dump it after finding his girlfriend cooking with another man at her home.

      My conspiracy gland wonders whether that limit is ever adjusted for inflation, and since it’s (probably) not, if it’s intentional to funnel more money/people into the privatized prison system.
