F-35s are being delivered to the US military with nose ballast instead of radars due to AN/APG-85 delays. The "blind" jets must rely on data links from wingmen until the new sensor is ready in 2028.

The US should just ask China for those rare earth materials they need for their radar tech. Not sure if they thought of that yet, but there’s a nice, free tip for them! What an easy fix lol
